Salary

We offer an attractive salary plan to support and ensure pay for work of equal value across all staff. Our vision is to embrace the needs of the staff and help their career development through flexible working. At Freshart College we acknowledge the importance and value of a healthy work-life stability and we do our best to accommodate requests of the staff where possible.

Training & development programmes

FA promotes research-activity among staff through online training programmes, mentoring/coaching and short- term courses offered by universities and art organisations within the EU. Our aim is to provide staff and colleagues a comfortable environment to work in and encourage them to expand their curriculum knowledge further through a healthy and proactive learning and training.

Development opportunities

Our vision is to equip and provide our staff with skills and knowledge to develop their career development in higher education. We also encourage our staff to connect with colleagues through a wide range of social orientated groups/work programmes and in relation to specific equality issues.

Progression

We appreciate grading, re-grading and progression and we have developed appropriate procedures which are facilitated by both external and internal specialists (HR). These procedures include annual academic promotions and progression processes.

Flexible working

We are committed to helping staff achieving a healthy balance between work and personal life. This means that an alternative and flexible working schedule may be a practical and effective solution for the staff. To improve and ensure this procedure we review and publish our salary scheme annually.
