Financial support at Freshart College

Freshart College provides financial aid in the following types:

  1. Academic Merit Scholarships
  2. Academic Performance
  3. High School Scholarships

A limited number of High school scholarships are awarded to outstanding graduating    students and cover tuition during a student’s first year of studies. More specifically, the scholarships offered are as following:

  • 75% Scholarship for the first academic year of study to candidates with an average grade of 19 or above on their High School Leaving Certificate
  • 50% Scholarship for the first academic year of study to candidates with an average grade of 18 or above on their High School Leaving Certificate
  • 25% Scholarship for the first academic year of study to candidates with an average grade of 17 or above on their High School Leaving Certificate

Scholarships are offered to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement while at Freshart College. The scholarships are in the form of a tuition fee discount for one academic semester, the amount of which varies according to the schedule below:

Eligible for this type of financial aid are students who:

  1. already completed two regular semesters
  2. are enrolled in 30 credit hours.
  3. have settled all financial obligations at the time of application for scholarship;
  4. were full-time students (enrolled in 30 credit hours) during the preceding semester;
  5. have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours

The Financial Aid is awarded to native students only based mainly on financial criteria, regardless of academic performance. The amount of the grant provided depends upon the student’s personal circumstances. Students interested in this type of grant must complete the “Financial Aid Application Form” and submit it to the Admissions Department or the Financial Aid office of the Freshart College.
