Library & Digital Resources

At Freshart College, students are provided with access to a wide range of library and digital resources that support learning, research, and academic development across all programmes. The library working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

Library Services

The College library offers a collection of books, journals, and reference materials. Students can make use of dedicated study areas for individual and group work, while the Librarian is available to provide guidance and academic support. Printing and scanning facilities are also available where applicable.

Digital Resources

Students have access to high-quality digital academic resources to support their studies. The College maintains subscription with ΚΚΥΒ (Κοινοπραξία Κυπριακών Βιβλιοθηκών – Cyprus Libraries Consortium) which includes 29 complete databases, journals and e-books in various contexts from EBSCO Information Services which ensures that have access to all required literature. These resources support coursework, independent research, and the development of academic skills essential for higher education.

Access to Resources

Library and digital resources are accessible both on campus and remotely using students’ college login credentials. Students can search for academic materials, access peer-reviewed sources, and download content for study purposes. Support is available for any access or technical issues.

Learning Platform

Freshart College uses its dedicated Learning Management System, to support teaching and learning. Through the platform, students can access course materials, lecture notes, and handouts, submit assignments, receive announcements, and participate in student feedback processes. The LMS also facilitates communication between students and lecturers and is an essential part of the learning experience.

Software & IT Facilities

Students are provided with access to industry-standard software relevant to their programme of study. Students use Adobe Creative Suite, including a full range of creative tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. All required software is available in the College’s computer labs. IT support is available to assist students with technical issues, software access, and system use.

Student Support

The College is committed to supporting students in the effective use of all library and digital resources. Guidance is provided during student orientation, and ongoing support is available through the Librarian and IT services.
