FCA  promotes research-activity among staff through online training programmes, mentoring/coaching and short- term courses offered by universities and art organizations within the EU. Our aim is to provide staff and colleagues a comfortable environment to work in and encourage them to expand their curriculum knowledge further through a healthy and proactive learning and training.

Our vision is to equip and provide our staff with skills and knowledge to develop their career development in Higher Education. We also encourage our staff to connect with colleagues through a wide range of social orientated groups/work programmes and in relation to specific equality issues.

We are committed to helping staff achieving a healthy balance between work and personal life. This means that an alternative and flexible working schedule may be a practical and effective solution for the staff. To improve and ensure this procedure we review and publish our salary scheme annually.
